Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit or you need to make a change, please refer to the following guidelines for a seamless experience.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible, the garment must be:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: In its original, undamaged condition.
  • Fully Tagged: All brand tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Clean: Free from makeup stains, perfumes, or odors.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized Orders: Any garment tailored to your specific measurements.
  • Sale Items: Purchases made during promotional or clearance events.
  • Accessories: Due to hygiene standards, all shoes and headwear are non-returnable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your order directly through the “Track Order” section on our website within 24 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched.
  • Customized/Bespoke Orders: Once the tailoring or customization process has begun, the cancellation option will be disabled.
  • Refunds on Cancellation: For prepaid orders, the refund will be automatically initiated to your original payment method upon successful cancellation.

5. The Process

  1. Initiate: Email theshahensha2021@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9831696383 with your Order ID for returns/exchanges.
  2. Approval: We will provide a Return Authorization within 24–48 hours.
  3. Logistics: We offer pickups in select locations; otherwise, you may be asked to ship the item back.
  4. Inspection: All returns undergo a quality check upon arrival.

6. Refunds & Credits

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately after inspection and valid for 1 year.
  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Note: Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
